AFTER A SESSION

I recommend that after a session you take a bath with epsom salts to draw out any further impurities and help cleanse the body. A sauna is also helpful but don´t strain yourself, relax and take it easy. Reflexology helps slow down the advance of arthritis while relieving pain. Diet also has a tremendous impact on such diseases so be careful of your food.

Your body is now in a parasympathetic state, resting and relaxing, repairing and renewing cells. You must help your body during the next 24 to 48 hours since a good reflexology session or body massage will have stimulated your lymphatic drainage system. You need to drink more water to help your lymph glands eliminate toxins through your skin, during the elimination process and exercising.

You may experience uneasy feelings after a session, get a running nose, have to urinate or eliminate more. Don´t worry, if you feel worse after a session, it is a sign that the toxins are coming out. This will not last forever and is quickly over if you help yourself to water, juices, healthy foods and take a nice long walk every day.

This is how your feet will feel when you’ve had my foot massage.
