JUICES & JUICING
I have recently grown to love my juicer since this year has been
a bumper crop in my communal garden my parents share with me. Here
are some recipes which are in high demand from my clientele. You
will need a juicer for most of these recipes but I managed to get
away with using an ordinary hand held juicer for oranges and lemons.
There are many books on juicing at your local stores which provide
great recipes and new ideas but these are some that my clients and
I have have tested out and find to be of use to my clients who have
tried this. Again, results may take a while but your health will
improve with a little patience.
Bronchitis Juice
- Juice 3 broccoli florets & a clove of garlic
- 4 or 5 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- half a green pepper
To shore up the immune system drink this several times a day
Boils Juice - Liver Activator
- 8 oz carrot juice
- 1 oz beet juice
- 4 oz celery juice
- 1/2 to 1 oz of parsley juice
A large glass each morning and a smaller glass in the pm is effective
and nutritious. It gets the liver moving.
Asthma Juice
- 2 oz of onion juice
- 2 oz of carrot juice
- 2 oz parsley juice
Blend. Drink 2x each day.
