Arthritis Juice
Black Cherry Juice is good. 2 glasses 2x each day gives
partial relief. 4 oz of juice diluted with 4 oz water. Fresh is
always best but even black cherry juice from concentrate benefits.
Anti-inflammatory.
Pineapple juice - 1 to 2 glasses a day - also good for
arthritis
Backache Juice
1/2 to 1 cup of fresh grape juice, apart from meals. Dark grapes
are most effective. Keep juice at room temperature - do not mix
with other juices
Ginger Tea
- Motion sickness & Nausea
- 2 slice ginger root
- 1/4 lemon
- 1 pint water
- 1 stick cinnamon, broken
- 4-5 cloves
- Dash nutmeg or cardamom
Juice ginger & lemon. Place juice in saucepan, add water, cinnamon
& cloves. Gently simmer. Add nutmeg or cardamom.
