MY GOAL

We now know that massage of all kinds brings tremendous rewards from simple relief from pain to improved circulation, sleeping patterns, relief from cravings, stress, strain, reproductive problems, PMS, Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, tinnitus, flatulence, and much more.

Many people wish instant relief from massage or herbal remedies, however, these all take some while before the full benefits take place, especially with people who have had a history of ailments. Herring's law suggests that in reflexology, a person must count 3 months for any chronic ailment and add 3 months for every year a person has had a particular problem. Therefore, do not expect miracles to take place. Although there are “instant” results from reflexology, the least of which is aiding to eliminate toxins from the body, most chronic problems will need to be addressed at least twice a week or every 24 to 48 hours depending on the seriousness of the problem. Detox takes up to 3 days, however, a lifestyle change is needed after this. It is up to you but there is help out there. Look up your resources and find help.
